Established in 2020, we specialize in Caribbean food, but are not limited to just Caribbean. With a variety of menus to choose from, we take great pride in assisting our customers. Foxy Fran's is owned by Monica Johnson, a Pittsburgh resident who was taught recipes from her grandmother, the late, great, Frances Catherine Harper. In honor of Frances and the recipes she passed down, Monica prepares affordable, mouth watering dishes, and shares them with the world!
